A number of people have written about, or otherwise discussed Trump's history of demeaning, insensitive and disrespectful comments about women. Yesterday, Franklin Foer published possibly the definitive history of Trump's misogyny over at Slate.
As an added bonus, we get a few peeks into Trump's formative years, which suggest that he's always been a bullying asshole. And one Thing Everyone Knows is, it's not okay to be a bully OR an asshole.
